Green Construction and Repair LLC specializes in general contracting services, including but not limited to roofing, remodeling, and home improvement projects. All services are subject to availability and agreement between the client and Green Construction and Repair LLC.

2. Estimates and Contracts

  • All estimates provided are based on the scope of work discussed and are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or client-requested modifications.

  • A signed contract and deposit (if applicable) are required before work begins.

  • Any additional work outside the agreed-upon contract will be subject to a change order and additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

  • Green Construction and Repair LLC reserves the right to suspend work due to non-payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel a project before work begins, subject to cancellation fees.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable based on material purchases and administrative costs.

  • If Green Construction and Repair LLC cancels a project, a full refund of unused funds will be issued.

5. Warranties and Liability

  • We provide workmanship warranties as outlined in individual contracts.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.

  • Green Construction and Repair LLC is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or third-party interference.

  • Clients must report defects within the warranty period for corrective action.

6. Permits and Compliance

  • Green Construction and Repair LLC will obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Clients are responsible for HOA approvals, property lines, and zoning restrictions.

7. Site Access and Safety

  • Clients must provide reasonable access to the job site.

  • Clients should ensure pets, children, and unauthorized personnel stay away from the work area for safety reasons.

  • Green Construction and Repair LLC follows OSHA safety guidelines.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes should be resolved through direct communication first.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Mississippi law.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will not share personal information without consent.

  • Client information may be used for communication and project-related purposes.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • Green Construction and Repair LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  • Clients are encouraged to review terms periodically.
